Farzana Chohan

A warm welcome and thank you for giving your valuable time in getting to know me here. 

My grandparents could have never imagined that their granddaughter would be part of an international crowd in such a visible way.   Actually, it was unthinkable for me some 10 years ago when I joined Toastmasters. This is exactly the power of growth which we receive as an unintentional gift.   Like so many of you, I joined “to overcome my fear of judgement by others”.  And just like you, I stayed, because it changed the trajectory of my personal and professional life! 

My aspiration to serve as an International Director comes from my objective in life, which is to “Make this world a thriving place for all humans.”   I have realized the life-changing impact of Toastmasters not only on my life, but on thousands of others.  For that reason, as an International Director and working ambassador of Toastmasters, I want to spread the value of the program in every part of the world. 

On the Board, I will participate in exploring innovative ideas to add value for our members and will contribute to strategic development initiatives in accelerating our capabilities for all our members, worldwide.  All this will help accomplish Toastmasters International's envisioned future of providing high-value, communication and leadership skills development.

I am looking forward to connecting with you throughout our journey.
